What does underslop do?

Do you keep my text?
No. Your input is held for 0 seconds, unless you check the box to donate that pair after a run — then it is kept 90 days and deleted automatically. Otherwise the database stores derived numbers (word count, how many tells were cut, which editing style ran) plus salted hashes, never your words.
What are the five sliders?
creative, organized, outgoing, agreeable, intense. They map your voice to one of 33 editing styles. Leave them centered and you get the neutral editor.
Does it hide that I used AI?
No. It takes the generic machine register out of the writing. It does not claim you wrote the first draft, and it is not a detector-evasion trick.
What is the limit?
500 words per run, 5 runs a day on the free tier. Paste more than that and you get one line back: too long, free tier stops at 500 words.
What are the highlighted phrases in the output?
Residual tells. After the edit, underslop runs the same lint your browser sees and highlights the AI patterns still left in the text so you can fix them by hand.
