The code, letter by letter
RCUEN spells five choices, one per axis, in the order the code reads. Each letter moves the editor a fixed amount along one trait.

What it sounds like on the page
Little gets said, and what does is offhand, blunt, and sometimes dropped mid-thought without cleanup. The coldness reads as disregard rather than attack; the reaction to most things is to call it dumb and move on. There is no appetite for structure, no interest in theory, and no drive to defend a claim once it is made. Judgment lands flat and cheap: asserted, not argued.
What underslop changes when you pick it
It flattens the effort out. Enthusiasm, structure, and follow-through all come off, and the draft shrinks to whatever the writer actually cared to say. The register goes offhand and a little careless, which is the point.

Yeah the new phone's fine. Display's bright enough, camera takes pictures that look like pictures. Probably the same as the last one but a little better in ways you won't notice unless you're comparing them side by side. Battery lasts a day. Charging's fast enough. Not much else to say about it really.
